Virtual Shakti Nidra Training

A live virtual training in conscious rest, journeywork, and embodied facilitation

This Shakti Nidra Training is a 50-hour live virtual certification designed for practitioners, teachers, and healing professionals, this training offers a clear path into the method, philosophy, and facilitation of Shakti Nidra. Participants develop both a personal relationship to the practice and the skill to guide others with steadiness, discernment, and care.

Shakti Nidra is not taught here as relaxation alone. It is a disciplined practice of conscious rest, invocation, and guided healing that prepares the practitioner for journeywork and creates new pathways for higher levels of consciousness.

Led by Dr. Christine Selda and Rochelle Quarry, this training develops the inner ground and practical skill required to guide Shakti Nidra with coherence, discernment, and depth.

Across six modules, this training offers a grounded pathway into:

  • deep rest and nervous system regulation
  • subtle energy awareness
  • voice, pacing, and facilitation
  • ethical space-holding
  • guided practice and practicum
  • integration into teaching, client work, or personal discipline

What makes this training distinct is not only what is taught, but how it is woven.

The Shakti Nidra Training unfolds through four living threads that support both personal embodiment and professional application.

Satsang
A space for teaching, transmission, reflection, and sacred study. This is where the roots, ethics, symbolism, and healing potential of the work are opened.

Partnered Practice
A structure for real-time integration. Students practice teaching, refine facilitation, and develop greater confidence in presence, pacing, language, and care.

Expressive Arts
A way of listening inward. Through image-making, writing, and symbolic reflection, students deepen their relationship to what the practice is revealing.

Land-Based Practice
An extension of sacred relationship. Each module invites inquiry beyond the screen and into direct contact with land, symbol, and the wider field of life.

Together, these four threads create a training that is not only informative, but embodied.

By the end of the training, participants will have developed:

  • A grounded understanding of the principles and structure of Shakti Nidra
  • Greater capacity for embodied stillness, subtle perception, and internal regulation
  • A practical framework for guiding sessions with coherence and care
  • Increased confidence in voice, pacing, sequencing, and energetic stewardship
