This Yoga Teacher Training is unlike any other.

What You Receive Upon Payment

Participants who register and complete payment will receive:

• A Welcome Letter and complete Training Calendar (dates and times of intensives and online sessions)
• 12-month access to digital materials:
• Training manuals (released by direction)
• Songbook, recorded teachings, and PDFs
• Assignments and integration practices
• Physical Workbooks (delivered in person)
• Guided ceremonies, experiential modules, and land-based learning
• Expressive arts prompts and movement-based embodiment tools
• Monthly online mentorship sessions and group check-ins
• Access to our private community network and online platform
• Certificate of Completion (300-Hour Certification, upon full attendance and requirements met)

Shamanic Yoga Teacher Training - Terms & Conditions

We're honored you're ready to begin this initiatory journey with us. These terms create the container that holds our shared commitment to your growth and our community.

1. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
• The remaining balance may be:
• Paid in full (with a discount),
• Paid in 4 equal installments (before each intensive), or
• Paid via a 10-month payment plan.
• All payment agreements must be confirmed in writing.
• Full payment (or first installment) must be received before training begins.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made 1 month prior to a module may receive a partial refund (minus deposit).
• No refunds will be issued once the training begins.
• If the program is canceled by the Shamanic Yoga Institute, a full refund will be issued.

3. Transfer Policy

• Registration may be transferred to a future training (within 12 months), under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Institute.
• Transfers may incur an administrative fee.
• Transfers are not guaranteed.

4. Participation Requirements

• Full attendance is required at all modules for certification.
• Completion of all assignments and participation in mentorship sessions is expected.
• This training includes ceremonial and personal development work. Participants must be capable of self-regulation in a group setting.

5. Health Disclosure

• Participants are required to disclose any physical or mental health concerns that may impact participation.
• This training does not replace medical or psychological care.
• The Institute reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation if safety or well-being of the group or individual is at risk.
  

6. Confidentiality & Group Safety

• All personal sharing within the group is confidential.
• Participants agree to uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Consent, cultural sensitivity, and socio-emotional awareness are essential in all interactions.

7. Code of Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
