• Deposit Due Today: $500 CAD

• Balance Due: $1,499 CAD (by February 20th, 2026, paid in full or split into two payments)

Daily sessions: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What Happens After Payment:

1. Immediate confirmation email with payment receipt
2. Balance payment reminder sent mid-January (due January 31, 2026)
3. Event details and preparation information sent two weeks before the gathering

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life circumstances can change. Here's our policy:

• Before January 15, 2026:
  Full refund minus $100 administrative fee

• After January 15, 2026:
  All payments are non-refundable but fully transferable. You may transfer your spot to another participant at any time by notifying us with their contact information.

  This policy allows us to honour our commitments to Don Alejandro, secure the venue, and plan materials while still offering you flexibility through the transfer option.
